Work with the Public Sector and Local Government Over the last 5 years we have worked with the DTI/DEFRA Environmental Innovations Advisory Group, BERR, DIUS, and Office of Government Commerce (OGC) to develop and demonstrate the Forward Commitment Procurement model, including managing FCP demonstration projects with HMPS, SWRDA, the NHS and a number of Local Authorities.

JERA is currently managing the "Innovation for Sustainability" programme for the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and OGC.
FCP Know How programme
JERA is developing and testing a capacity and capability building programme for BIS and OGC.
Policy and Guidance
JERA is developing guidance on demand led procurement for OGC.
Director Gaynor Whyles is a member of the BIS Innovation and Procurement Project Board.
Resource efficiency JERA is currently running the "Buying into the Future" programme for Resource Efficiency Yorkshire and Yorkshire Forward.
Developing Lead Markets
JERA is managing a European Lead Market programme for low carbon healthcare buildings (LCB-HealthCare) on behelf of BIS and Department of Health.
Market development JERA advises companies on developing markets for innovative goods and services.
