Forward Commitment Procurement Know How Programme

JERA provide a cost effective and practical ‘learning by doing’ programme that runs over the duration of a specific Forward Commitment Procurement Project, estimated to be 18 months to 2 years. The programme transfers the learning and expertise that JERA have accumulated in developing FCP as a concept and managing FCP projects over the last 5 years.

The know how programme takes you systematically through the FCP process, from the identification of unmet needs and requirements through to the end of the procurement.

Each section involves transfer of key learning points, review sessions and coaching, and activities including background reading and project tasks.
The programme has been designed to enable you to successfully implement further FCP projects in your organisation.
